Some common rules well known, will now be described for newcomers:

When new members join B4bY NighT Group they get the rank of:
Voicer (+v) :: depending on your behavior, may be expelled.
As others B4N members, they follow the rules specified that lay there.
As Soldat player, they can play in any local group of yours choice, in you native local confronts.
What really matter is the Soldat Gathers.
They need play in some gathers often, there they will get logged, and your action will be observed.

After 1 year of trainning in #soldat.gather or others, they would get new status in B4N Soldat Group:
Operator (@op) :: next normal rank's system:
The player can do anything in anywhere, in confronts and in any league.
Calling himself as B4bY NighT Soldat Operator and may do something in leagues and gathers.
By Using B4bY NighT Soldat Group names, they call the responsability for your action.
The most important is that if they rest for a long time, it never stop the relationship with B4N.
An "Op" will ever marked as B4N Soldat Member, or RedHat Member (Master Rank) as well.

After 1 year of creating friends and do some RedHat development in your content:
Master ($M) :: need to added some redhat hackery study:
Like the any member in B4N Group rules, and a some good plus:
Total access to Admin's System and Servers' System, except for the Founders' System.
Most of Masters, not all, are Linux users because your Devs in RedHat Hackers Community.

Must the Hackery not to be confused with crackry, the most common lammers' confusion:
Crackery is a hell shit, they are doing shits and ruin the things in whole world.
Hackery is the a personal or an impersonal works, that a member do helping.
The development of something good, for him, us or any else.
Like some Devs on Soldat and something like this or Linux Distro and Kernel.

Founder rank will never be gifted for any1.
Founders idealized that system in the desire for the organization, that is an IRC rank system based. We think its right, but if YOU think else better, send me an email.
