Some news Core Rules we made.

Voicers:
The future members need to be logged in any Quakenet Soldat Gathers for no less than 180 days.
This member will joinup as Voicer (+v) and stay there for more 180 days
After 180 days, we will check your log in quakenet and some gather.

For about 20 days, masters and operators will watch some of yours confronts and will report it.
If you got respected ways, you stay with your member access and your rank up.

Else not, members with full system protocol send a votekick requeriment to Fouders:
They will votekick with more than 3 votes, and not one's mind change.
With 3 or less votes kicks you do a loopback to gather for more 30 days... and the same process.

4 vote pass get the rank of Voicer Plus (+V)
Voicer+ will play in yourself servers and loop the rank up process for Operator.
Only Master ($M) or higher can invite new members and ask for this votekicks after Voicer+.
Voicer+ will be kicked with 6 vote, full house.

Operators:
Understand a decent english is new requiriment.
After some Voicers get new rank and new system access, i got an unbeliveble surprise:
They do not understand any ensligh sentences and nothing what we say.

The main Core Rule is learn about rules. WTF! How learn, if you don't read english.
Remember, this system is all off any irc #chan system. You get rank in OUR SYSTEM ONLY.
I know most of new players will scarn this new system. Yes, i know. Bad for you.
